Lottario drawings are held every Saturday, but it tickets are purchased before 12 midnight Eastern Time on Friday, they are also eligible for the Early Bird drawing on draw night. This ticket is free with purchase of a $1 Lottario ticket. To win, players must match all four Early Bird numbers. If that happens, winners take a share of the $50,000 Early Bird prize. Winnings usually amount to between $400 and $600. This is not bad considering the ticket itself was free. Odds of winning are 1 in 4,966. All prizes must be claimed within 12 months of draw date or the unclaimed money goes to the provincial government to benefit the residents of Ontario.
