Major Changes Made in Microgaming Multiplayer Tournaments

Microgaming has made changes to it's multiplayer tournaments

Online giant, Microgaming, has released information about changes to its slot and blackjack tournament schedule.

Participating online casinos on the Microgaming platform will be able to roll out the innovative new formats and products, designed to inject greater entertainment features into the network.

"Microgaming is always looking for new ways to improve the casino experience and we believe that our slot and blackjack tournament schedules do just that," said the Head of Casino at Microgaming, Mike Hebden.

"We have delivered a number of new, smart, player focused initiatives that we are confident will meet the expectations of even the most discerning casino player and will further increase engagement and uptake from the casino community," he added.

Some of the additions include:

  • New slot tournament formats such a one shot tournaments, reloader tournaments, extender tournaments and survivor tournaments.
  • Blackjack Attack - weekly blackjack tournaments that carry a prize of $500, providing multi round entertainment and big prizes.
  • Three new slots tournaments: Midweek Moolah, Weekend Whopper and Monthly Monster. The first two are weekly events and carry a $10,000 prize each. The Monthly Monster will run from the last Monday of every month for seven days and carries a $25,000 prize pool.

"Microgaming constantly strives for innovation and we will continue to analyze our casino offering and make further improvements to ensure we stay ahead of the curve as the market evolves," concluded Hebden.
