Century Casinos' Off-Track Betting Venue in Calgary
Century Casinos has announced that an off-track betting venue has been opened. The off-track betting venue has been opened at the Century Casino in Calgary, Alberta. The opening took place on May 3rd and was pronounced a success.
Century Casino's Off-Track Betting Parlor
The Calgary Century Casino's betting parlor is now open, and it has a fresh and new feel to it. There is comfortable seating for 75 patrons at the off-track betting venue. There are live tellers, and there are also AmTote terminals. There are also top quality TV screens and even a dedicated bar.
The licensing for this new venture currently has the off-track betting venue under the license of the pari-mutuel wagering license of the Rocky Mountain Turf Club. The license will not always be under the Rocky Mountain Turf Club since it will be moved over to the Century Casino's license at a later date. The license will change over when the Century Downs Racetrack and Casino opens. When the racetrack and casino opens, Century Casino Calgary will become part of the same betting network, and will then fall under the pari-mutuel wagering license of Century Downs.
