Scientific Games Adds Partners For iLottery Development
Scientific Games has partnered with two third party gaming developers in Canada with a view to expanding its iLottery game offering. The two gaming developers that will join the Scientific Game partners, are Telos Entertainment and Karma Gaming.
Scientific Games Partners with Telos and Karma
Scientific Games is already partnered with NEKTAN and Instant Win Gaming (IWG), with the partners working together via Sciplay.Studio, which offers integration services that can be used for lotteries. These integration services operate using the Sciplay platform, which links players to third party games through secure Internet connections.
In a move to further develop the iLottery games portfolio, Scientific Games adds Canadian partners into its mix of developers. The new gaming partners each brings its own expertise into the mix. Telos Entertainment is based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
The gaming development company is known for creating niche games in a fast moving market, offering a product that operates using advanced business models and represents new genres that are coming into the market.
Karma Gaming, based in Nova Scotia, has an experienced team that are experts in both social and casual gaming via the Internet. In addition to the regular casual gaming experience, the company has developed the option of winning real prizes for casual games.

Scientific Games makes an interface available to its gaming partners that allow the third party gaming developers to develop games for lottery clients, without putting any constraints on the creativity of the gaming partner. Scientific Games does ensure that the games are developed and operated according to any specifications from the customer, and with any necessary legal considerations taken into account.
Sciplay.Studio allows the gaming partners to programme the games in either HTML5 or in Flash. This gives the game developers the chance to programme games that can be more widely used by those playing the iLottery games via their mobile gaming devices.
