BCLC Rolls out Holiday Scratch Cards
The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC), one of Canada's leading lottery companies, is offering no less than eight holiday themed scratch 'n win tickets this season.
Players will be able to put themselves in line to win some amazing gifts, or they can purchase the tickets as fun stocking fillers and give their friends or family members a chance to share in the prizes being given away.
