Canadian Gaming Summit Begins on June 16th
The Canadian Gaming Summit is Canada's most important gaming conference that will take place this year. The Canadian Gaming Summit Begins on June 16th, and ends on June 18th. It will be taking place at the Caesars Windsor Hotel and Casino in Ontario.
Sponsors for the three-day gaming conference and exhibition include both regulators, including the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation, and the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, along with some of the larger gaming companies such as Amaya, Aristocrat Gaming, and IGT. The conference is organised by the Canadian Gaming Association, along with MediaEdge Communications.

The Canadian Gaming Summit covers all sectors of the gaming industry in Canada. Professionals from a large number of companies will get the chance to interact and make new connections. There is also the chance for companies to showcase their products and any services they offer.
It I expected that there will be at least 1,500 attendees at the event. The 2014 summit was very successful, and 95% of those that had attended in 2014 have said that they will be back in 2015. There are a number of sessions that will be held in order to discuss and debate important gambling-related matters. Included in these sessions are discussions regarding mobile and online gaming, charitable gambling, human resources, legal issues connected with gambling, as well as how to promote responsible gambling. There will also be sessions devoted to strategies that help companies to increase their customer base.
Synectics Celebrates 10th Anniversary
Ten years ago, Synectics, an integrated surveillance solution provider, first offered its products for the Canadian gambling market at the annual Gaming Summit. The company will showcase its new Synergy 3 platform at this year's summit. Representatives from Synectics will host discussions on resiliency, flexibility, and system reliability.
Other companies that will also be seen on the exhibition floor are GTECH, Aristocrat Gaming, and Scientific Games.
Canadian Gaming Industry Awards
On the last day of the summit, the 18th annual Canadian Gaming Industry Awards will be held. There will be a number of awards presented this year. As part of the awards event, the Problem Gambling Services, a local charity, will be recognised. The charity has been offering its services to those in need for 20 years so far. Problem Gambling Services helps those who have gambling problems, along with those who show that they may be developing gambling problems.
