BCLC Running New Keno Promotion
The British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) is best known for its superb lottery products, including the massive $11,000,000 jackpot prize which could be won in tomorrow's Lotto 6/49 draw.
However, the group is also running a promotion which is perfect for all its Keno fans.
The BCLC new Keno promotion could see non winning Keno tickets turn into $25,000 between now and March 31st, 2012.
All players need to do is enter $5 in non-winning Keno tickets into the draw at pubs or bars where BCLC lottery products are sold, or in malls or stores, in order to win one of four main prizes up for grabs in the competition.
Each participating location will see a special draw held, and $50 worth of free Keno coupons will be given away. In addition, the winner from each location will be entered into the big draw and they could see themselves walking away with $5,000, $10,000, $15,000 or even $25,000 worth of cash!
To enter this promotion, players need to insert the non-winning Keno tickets into an envelope entry form and post it in the entry box at each participating location.
After the draw closes at the end of March, retailers will conduct a draw of $50 of free tickets, and the winner from each of location will be entered into the main draw which will be held on April 30th.
$11 million Lotto 6/49 Up for Grabs
In the meantime, while collecting non winning Keno cards, players shouldn't overlook the chance to get their hands on the estimated $11 million Lotto 6/49 jackpot draw tomorrow night, Saturday, February 25th.
This nationwide lottery, with jackpots that begin at around $3 million, has draws twice a week - on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
Last Wednesday's draw saw these winning numbers come up: 01-12-22-35-43-44, while the Extra numbers were 01-49-50-62.
Tickets into the main draw cost $2, and for just $1 more, players can purchase an 'Extra', for the chance to win $500,000.
To play Lotto 6/49, players need to predict which six numbers from 1 - 49 will be drawn. A seventh bonus number is also drawn and is used to determine winners in the 2/6+ or 5/6+ categories.
Cut off time for the purchase of Lotto 6/49 tickets is 6 pm on the day of the draw.
Players have 1:13,983,816 odds of matching 6/6 or a 1:32 chance of winning any prize in the Lotto 6/49 lottery draw.
