Shuffle Master and OpenBet have signed an agreement that will allow OpenBet to offer some of Shuffle Master's most popular online casino table games in Canada.

OpenBet will be able to deliver Shuffle Master's proprietary games to the Canadian online casino market through legal online gambling sites in Canada such as Loto-Quebec and the British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC).

"Given the growing popularity of online gaming in Canada, offering our popular brands to this key market through OpenBet's platform is a natural next step for Shuffle Master and part of our strategy to leverage our intellectual property online," commented Gavin Isaacs, Shuffle Master CEO.

"This agreement provides us with an exciting distribution channel for our specialty games and is further affirmation of our belief that this will be an important segment for our Company. We are very pleased that we are going to be working with OpenBet."

OpenBet currently offers content to online gaming sites operated by Loto-Quebec and the BCLC. Through the deal with Shuffle Master, OpenBet will now be able to offer licensed games based on three of Shuffle Master's most popular online casino table games - Three Card Poker, Casino War® and its Fortune Pai Gow Poker® side bet.

Max Francis, Commercial Partner Manager for OpenBet expressed the company's satisfaction with the deal and described the benefits that would be evident for its customers. OpenBet partners with the market's top suppliers to ensure that it gives customers the very best offer."

"OpenBet has worked closely with the Canadian Lotteries to deliver successful legalised online gaming sites and it is great to be able to offer them more premium content."
