"On behalf of the Board and shareholders, I would like to welcome Dr. Zidenberg, Mr. Gagnon and Mr. Kloepper to the Board," said the Chief Executive Officer of GameCorp, Graham Simmonds.

"These gentlemen bring a breadth of experience to our Board with backgrounds in banking, finance, real estate and gaming."

"At this critical point in our future, with our mobile products and services nearing their launch, it was important for the company to strengthen its board and increase its independence," he said.

The new board member with the most experience the gaming industry is Dr. Zidenberg, who has 35 years behind him in the international gaming world.

Zidenberg put together financial partnerships in gaming companies, including Casino Rama and is registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario.

Gagnon has served in a number of companies, including the beverage world, investment companies and educational groups.

Kloepper comes with a 30 year career in structured finance and investment banking.
