Bookmaker Takes Over Bet Canadian
The Canadian facing sports betting site, Bet Canadian, will be absorbed by the industry leading Bookmaker.com, it was revealed recently.
Bookmaker, which has over 20 years experience in the North American gambling industry, is well known for its "Where the Line Originates" logo and has a superb reputation.
The move to consolidate with Bet Canadian, as well as the Las Palmas brand, will mean that Bookmaker.com continues to expand its presence in North America.
"Maintaining our growth strategy is critical for us, and we continue to achieve our goals by finding strong players in the industry that can complete our wide range of products, or by sharing our benefits with customers that have been playing with other companies through the acquisition," explained Mickey Richardson, the Chief Executive Officer of Bookmaker.
Bet Canadian is owned by the Horizon Group and is licensed in Costa Rica. The site accepts bets on a wide range of sports, including American football, baseball, basketball, boxing, golf, ice hockey, motor racing, soccer and tennis.
The site also offers players the chance to take part in casino gaming and horse race wagering.
Bookmaker's absorption of the Las Palmas brand should have a positive impact on the site. Customers have complained of slow returns on their winnings in the past, and Bookmaker has promised to resolve this issue in the near future.
According to Bookmaker, the Las Palmas brand will remain unchanged, except for an improvement in overall standards.
