Betfair Promises Customer Satisfaction
The online gambling giant, Betfair, announced this week that it is fully committed to customer satisfaction. To prove this, the group issued a public statement, whereby it outlined fourteen important guarantees under five sub headings.
Betfair said that it had reached the conclusion that these guarantees needed to be put down on paper, after intense scrutiny of customer feedback.
It is therefore committed to customer satisfaction in five main areas: customer protection, integrity, service, communication and product technology.
What makes this statement different to others in the industry is the fact that the group has committed to reporting on progress across the fourteen promises made under these five sub-divisions.
The fully transparent progress report will mean that players will be able to see improvements and efforts made every three months.
"This commitment is a direct response to customer feedback defining the areas of our business where they felt clarity and transparency were most required," said the Chief Commercial Officer of Betfair Niall Wass
