First B2B Event Lands Microgaming Top Award

Microgaming won top award at this years EGR B2B Awards

The recent EGR B2B Awards held in London was an inaugural event for the gambling industry's service providers and business-to-business operators.

Held on June 14th at Old Billingsgate in the London, the event honoured the top groups in the industry across a number of important categories.

The award for RNG Casino Supplier of the Year went to Microgaming, and the group was clearly thrilled with the award.

"We are proud to be part of the first EGR B2B Awards, and gain international recognition from our casino software and our contribution to the industry's growth with our innovative approach to online gaming software," said the Chief Executive Officer of Microgaming, Roger Raatgever.

"The same unique approach that established us as the market's leading provider of online gaming software continues to set us apart from our competitors," he added.

Since the group was launched, Microgaming has continued to be a pioneer in the industry, launching 60 games each year. Its current games portfolio stands at 450 superb titles.

Microgaming progressive slot games have paid out over €265 million up until now and in May, 2009, the biggest online jackpot prize to date (€6.37 million) was hit on a Microgaming progressive.

The Microgaming powered Spin3 won the award for Mobile Supplier of the Year.
